At the “10th Civil Aircraft Industry Forum” in Xi’an, Dr. Liu, Technical Director of COMAC, Shanghai, presented Markus Hoffmann, Head of Asian-Pacific Business Development at Zollner Elektronik AG, with a model of the passenger plane as a sign of their recognition of the company’s contribution to their future success. The C919 is an airplane equipped with up to 168 seats, which will go into serial production in 2020 and for which there are already 800 orders.
