This year, the German championship in the Robot Systems Integration discipline was once again hosted by FANUC Deutschland GmbH in Neuhausen auf den Fildern, where we took part for the first time. In the final, our trainee Max Oischinger, electronics technician for devices and systems, and Daniel Sixt, Zollner dual student in mechatronics, successfully competed against five other teams and secured the first place. Our Zollner team is now the proud German champion in Robot Systems Integration. Every year, the German Championship competes for the best young robot programmers in the nation - the winners are traditionally called up to the national team for Skills Robot Systems Integration. This is a discipline that is part of the biennial World and European Skills Championships - the WorldSkills and EuroSkills - and offers talented professionals from all over the world the opportunity to demonstrate their skills. Max Oischinger and Daniel Sixt therefore have the honor of representing Germany at next year's WorldSkills Championships in Lyon, France.
