On the 17th of March 2025, Franz Xaver Feiner, Vice President Marketing & Sales, was honored at the IPC APEX EXPO® with the IPC President’s Award. This honor is bestowed to leaders who through their foresight, commitment and innovative power have made an essential contribution to the further development of the electronics industry. Xaver has actively dedicated himself to the early recognition of changes and setting new impulses for the sector.
“A leader does not wait but moves forward. Assuming responsibility means not only reacting to changes, rather to actively advance them. When regulatory developments influence our daily business, we as an industry must stand together, network with each other and with a constructive, collaborative voice trigger positive change”, says the honoree.
Alongside the award, our Vice President Marketing & Sales was also there as a speaker in the “Leveling Up” panel discussion in which he discussed central questions regarding the further development of the EMS industry together with sector experts. There, topics were how long-term skilled staff is ensured, the best location strategies for future growth and targeted investments into technologies. It became clear there that the EMS sector is in upheaval and at the same time offers opportunities that can only be realized through anticipatory action, technological innovation and close collaboration.
