We impress with our comprehensive and holistic concept, which is based on four central pillars: Health promotion and prevention, health-oriented leadership, company social management and work-life management.
With the Bumperlgsund health program, we specifically target trainees and dual students. Workshops and lectures on topics such as nutrition, sleep, exercise, exam nerves and diversity promote health awareness at an early stage. We are also involved in the introduction of health multipliers. Volunteer employees are trained as coaches to independently implement health-promoting measures in their teams, such as physical activity breaks. This model strengthens personal initiative and promotes a healthy corporate culture directly on site. In the future, we plan to further expand the reach and attractiveness of the program with innovative offers such as the Zollner Health Journey.
